I am thankful of gaining the doTERRA experience and opportunity to share the knowledge with my family, friends, clients, and the public. When I became familiar with doTERRA oils, I mainly utilized them during my practice as topical blends in my carrier oils, lotions, and creams, and diffused oil drops in water difusser for aromatherapy during sessions. doTERRA may be used for everyday use, and can also be taken internally, by adding the drops to drinks or foods.

Biodynamic Craniosacral and / or Chakra Balance, and / or Healing Touch L-1
Biodynamic Craniosacral Work (BCSW) is known by Osteopaths as a non-invasive healing, which aids in relaxing the central nervous sytem, re-aligning the body back to midline while rejuvenating the body and promoting relief of headaches, stress, stiffness, pain from injury / trauma, and improving mobility.
Biodynamic Craniosacral:
Is where I spend most of my time listening with a non-judgmental heart with a soft touch, non-invasive, hands-on healing technique using no greater, than five grams of pressure of the fingertips/hands, about the weight of a nickel. Craniosacral relaxes the nervous system; Craniosacral unfolds / unwinds and releases restrictions in the musculoskeletal system; Developments of awareness of the essential cerebral spinal fluid, shifting perception as the body realigns back to midline while the body rejuvenates and naturally heals.
Notice enhancement of the functioning of the physiological body system, and the Craniosacral system, and consists of working with the membranes, spine, skull, and cranial sutures, diaphrams, and fascia. Craniosacral is used by osteopaths, massage therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, and occupational therapists; and It helps correct misaligned bones and are restored to their proper positions and releases restrictions of Craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system; and infants to elderly may benefit from Craniosacral work.

Dr. William Garner Sutherland (1873-1954) who extended Dr. Stills system into cranial osteopathy and accredited as the originator of osteopathy in the cranial field of Craniosacral Therapy. In the 1950’s it was refined and codified by Dr. Harold Ives Magoun (1898-1981) one of Dr. Sutherlands first generation students, author, and dedicated teacher.
In the late 1960’s Dr. Magoun taught Dr. John E. Upledger, DO, OMM (1932-2012) and Dr. Upledger co-founded the Upledger Institute International and developed CranioSacral Therapy and other complimentary modalities taught worldwide. Dr. Upledger served as a clinical research and Professor of Biomechanics at the college of Osteopathic Medicine during 1975-1983.
Chakra Balance
The Chakras are energy cores/centers that spin from posterior view in a clockwise direction and from an anterior view in counter clockwise direction. There are seven main Chakras. The lower core represent elements or characteristics that are more earth or physical bound. The upper core represent the more spiritual or etheric qualities of exercise. Balance of the Chakras is the key factor in well being, a similar concept as to meridians. Breathing through both nostrils at same time equally as is an indication that energy is flowing equally through the Chakra System and can create great health benefits.
The chakras energy function like data banks in your body. Each chakra records a specific type of data. The sacred teachings of both Eastern and Western traditions correlate the energy centers of the body with specific though of pattern. Every perception in our life is stored in the chakra which resonates with it. To promote the free flow of energy through our body, we focus our attention to the present. Our energy may drain if if we carry negative thoughts or perceptions.
Healing Touch, L-1:
Healing Touch is an energy based therapy Biofield using light/near body-touch, restoring harmony and balance to energy system, which causes a deep sense of calm and relaxation and promotes healing for mind body, and spirit. Healing Touch practitioners use their hands in a heart centered and intentional way and manages pain, stress, and anxiety. HT enables practitioners to offer a comfort and relief when nothing else seems to help. On occasion, one may experience an acceleration of the healing process and their symptoms may intensify for a brief time, when this happens, the recovery period of the illness is usually reduced. Registered Hospital nurses are now incorporating this technique in medical hospital facility settings.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy:
aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
Craniosacral and the Vagus Nerve:
The Vagus Nerve, tenth cranial nerve, called the "wandering nerve" is the longest cranial nerve, which originates in the brain stem and extends through the neck thorax. abdomen, and colon. The Vagus Nerve carries inflammation information to the brain and returns ant-inflamatory signals to the liver and spleen, and this nerve controls function of digestion, heart rate, the immune system, and mood. The motor functions, Pharynx, Soft Palate, and Larynx: The Vagus Nerve along with the glossopharyngeal nerve, controls the swallowing reflex, supplies tone to the soft palate, contributing to suction and prevailing fluids to reflux into the nose; The lrynx innervates motor muscles of the vocal cords. The Sensory function: involve the auricle of ear, external acoustic meatus of ear, tympanic membrane, mucosa of pharnx and larynx - cough reflex to protect respiratory passage. The Autonomic function: smooth muscles of the alimentary canal, except for left colon, and rectum, which are inverted by the sacral parasympathetics; the smooth muscles of respiration; the smooth muscles of glandular tissues; and the cardiac muscle of the heart.
(Vagus Nerve Stimulation ~ VNS)
is an FDA approved neuromodulatory treatment used in the clinics today for epilepsy, depression, and cluster headaches. VNS treats conditions ranging from neurodegenerative diseases to arthritis, anxiety disorders, and obesity. The glymphatic and meningeal lymphatic systems have recently been described as methods by which the brain maintains, a healthy homeostasis and removes waste without a traditionally defined lymphatic system. The glymphatic system relates to the interchange of celebralspinal fluid (CSF) and interstitial fluid (ISF) whose effect is to wash through the braind parenchyma removing metabolic waste products and misfolded proteins.
Reflexology of Hands and Feet:
A type of zone therapy, bodywork that focuses on applying pressure using the thumb, finger, or hand, to the specific nerve zones in your ears, hands and / or feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression. Organs of the body are linked to reflex areas on the hands and feet. This may be for those who are interested, although unsure of what to expect in a natural therapeutic session, and want to explore the benefits of natural healing.

Lomi Lomi is an ancient style of massage resonant of Hawaiin landscape and spirituality, translated as "to break into little pieces," to create space" or simply "rub rub," the practice was taught by Kahunas or Shamans. The young students apprenticed for decades, and learned by mirroring their teachers. Their tradition of learning was to not ask questions, although, required to learn by only watching, listening, and feeling with their senses. Hawaiins believe that the presence of divinity is in everything, plants, animals, stones (conscious energy). Belief in universal presence of divinity shapes the way Lomi Lomi is practiced.
